WARRANTY POLICY

Aqua-Leisure Recreation is committed to customer satisfaction. That is why our products carry our performance warranty. It’s your assurance the product meets our exacting standards of quality and safety. If your product should appear defective under conditions of normal and proper use, we ask you to contact us by filling in the Customer Care Form.

RETURNS

A return authorization from Customer Care and proof of purchase (receipt) is required for all returns. You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you purchased it. Unless your product is confirmed defective by Customer Care, to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it (in its original packaging).

REFUNDS

Once Customer Care has received your item, we will notify you of the status of your exchange or refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund. Please note: Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
